The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 9320 Balada Street in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $900,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.8 million when it hit the market in January. The new, waterfront home sits on a 22,400-square-foot lot in gated community Old Cutler Bay. It has a an elevator, pool and dock. Lilliam Perez of C H Realty has the listing.
