Coconut Creek’s Coco Parc gets Fannie Mae special approval

Fannie Mae has finally added another condo tower to its special approval list, the Coco Parc condo at 601 Lyons Road in Coconut Creek. Inclusion on Fannie Mae’s special approval designation list allows buyers to use conventional financing options for units in the building. Coco Parc is now one of 86 Florida condos to be included on the list. Coco Parc had been ineligible for standard Fannie Mae project eligibility. Only three of the condos on the list are outside of the tri-county area. TRD
