The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five- bathroom house at 265 North Hibiscus Drive on Hibiscus Island in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.295 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $605,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.9 million when it hit the market in January. The waterfront home sits on an 11,375-square-foot lot and has a separate loft villa with roof deck and is also available for rent. Mathieu Rochette of Barclay’s Real Estate Group has the listing.
