Randy Tundidor, who is suspected in the April 6 murder of his landlord, Nova Southeastern University professor Joseph Morrissey, has a history of evictions, court records show. Tundidor, who was arrested with his son over the weekend in connection with the investigation, had been renting from Morrissey since November. Four days before the slay, Morrissey had sent a letter to Tundidor, asking him to pay his overdue security deposits. Morrissey wanted to evict him, and his wife, Linda, told the police that Tundidor may have learned of the plans. Tundidor was evicted from his home in 1995 and has been evicted another five times since 2002, including once in November 2009, right before he moved into Morrissey’s Plantation townhouse.
