The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, five- bathroom house at 325 Cocoplum Road in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $10.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.5 million, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $12 million when it hit the market in August 2009. The landmark waterfront home by Raul Rodriguez sits on a 38,187-square-foot lot and has a coral rock façade, fountain, interior gallery colonnade, elevator, pool and multiple balconies and terraces.
