According to a warranty deed filed April 9, 947 North Ocean Boulevard Trust sold a parcel on the ocean to 1200 South Ocean Boulevard LLC in a $19.32 million deal. The trustee for North Ocean Boulevard the general counsel for the New England Patriots and for owner Robert Kraft. The deal is another sign of something of a real estate competition between high-profile National Football League owners. Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner Malcolm Glazer also bought a Palm Beach property at 850 S. County Road on the Intracoastal Waterway, for $20.5 million in March. In December, Glazer’s company made the biggest real estate deal on the island for 2009, selling the La Bellucia home for $24.5 million. [Palm Beach Daily News]
