The $17.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.6 million, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $19. 5 million when it hit the market in March. The waterfront Mediterranean-style home sits on a 48,274-square-foot lot and has a wine cellar, gourmet kitchen, and separate but connected guest house.
