Pennsylvania-based home builder Toll Brothers purchased a 77-acre site in Juno Beach
on the Intracoastal Waterway for $20 million, according to Palm Beach County property
records. The purchase follows Toll Brothers’ deal for Azura, a site
that had been lost by Boca Raton builder Gordon Homes in a foreclosure
action. According to the company, it will open a sales office for
properties to be constructed on the site this year. The company has
developed several communities in the region, including in Singer Island, Jupiter
and Palm Beach Gardens. The site has approval for 48 single-family
homes and 30 multi-family homes, and each homeowner will have the option of a
boat dock. [Palm Beach Post]
