CB Richard Ellis brokers sale of Regions Bank branch in Boynton Beach

CB Richard Ellis has brokered the sale of the Regions Bank branch at
1485 Gateway Boulevard in Boynton Beach for around $3.9 milllion,
approximately $785 per square foot. The seller was Pebb Enterprises
Boynton, which was represented by David Donnellan, first vice
president, William Strauss, vice president, and Todd Weintraub of CB
Richard Ellis. The bank branch was formerly a restaurant building,
which Regions Bank had purchased in 2008 and renovated. It was listed
on the market in December 2009 until finding an undisclosed foreign
buyer purchased it. Regions had a right of first refusal. TRD
