Lot in Palm Beach’s Landmark Estates sells for $6.09 million

A lot in the Landmark Estates subdivision, which had taken over what
had been a historic site belonging to the Maddock family has been
bought for $6.09 million by Jeffrey and Frances Fisher. The Fishers had
previously had a residence at 255 Clarke Avenue, which they sold two
years ago for $9.68 million. Lot 4 in the subdivision, which is at the
corner of North Lake Way and Maddock Way, is 38,600 square feet and a
little less than an acre. Paul Maddock, president of the Maddock
Companies, a real estate group, with Bessemer Trust, co-trustees of the
Maddock family trust, were the sellers. [Palm Beach Daily News]
