Setai partner sells Miami condo for $4M

Jonathan Breene, a partner with luxury hotel and residential property management company the Setai, has sold his Miami Beach condo for $4 million. Breene first bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 2,305-square-foot unit, part of the Setai Resort and Residences, for $1.7 million in February 2006. The unit, located at 101 20th Street, isn’t Breene’s only big sale recently — in July 2009 he sold another Miami Beach condo for $1.3 million.
