The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 6931 Tulipan Court in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.45 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $440,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.89 million when it hit the market just yesterday. The Mediterranean-style home sits on a 20,174-square-foot lot on a cul de sac in guard-gated Cocoplum. It has an elevator, impact-glass windows and a pool.
