
The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 9999 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.095 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.05 million, or 25 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $4.145 million. It was originally listed for $3.9 million when it hit the market in June 2009, before the last price cut in March. The 5,250-square-foot unit includes a wraparound terrace and a projection screen.
