Palm Beach condo sells for $6.89 million

Two North Breakers Row, a 3,000-square-foot condo in Palm Beach, has
been sold at a sale of the estate of James Gaynor. The property was
listed for $7.65 million, and was bought by Gaynor in 1986 for just
$875,000, according to records from the Palm Beach County Property
Appraiser. Lawrence Moens, principal at Lawrence A. Moens Associates,
was the realtor on the sale of the property, which is in a complex owned by Flagler Systems. [Palm Beach Daily News]
