Short-sale program aims to reduce process time

A new program from the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and Beaches is taking aim at the complicated and often drawn-out short sale process. ShortSaleSolutions will reduce the processing time required to complete the transactions, according to Deborah Boza-Valledor, COO of the association, and will facilitate negotiations between homeowners and lenders. The association is currently compiling its list of participating lenders, with Ocean Bank already on board. [Sun-Sentinel]
