The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 194 Caoba Court in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.995 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $505,000, or 14 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $3.5 million. It was originally listed for $3.975 million when it hit the market in February 2009 before the last price cut last week. The waterfront home sits on a 15,279-square-foot lot and was renovated in 2003. Mayi De La Vega of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
