CB Richard Ellis arranges $17.4 million for multi-family financing

Acting as a correspondent for Freddie Mac, CB Richard Ellis Capital
Markets has arranged $17.4 million in financing for 470
units in North Miami. The units are situated at 12 N.E. 188 Street and
18991 North Miami Avenue. Freddie Mac’s Cap Arm program originated the
loan. The terms of the loan are for seven years, a 30-year
amortization with an interest-only period, and a 3.66 percent interest
rate. The financing was arranged on behalf of ANF Miami Gardens by
Charles Foschini, Christian Lee and
Christopher Apone. TRD
