A multi-family complex in Palm Beach County was sold for $10.2 million, according to commercial real estate analytics firm CoStar, at 2000 South Main Street in Belle Glade. The 37-building, 384-unit property includes 400 parking spaces and communal pools. The purchasing party, a conglomerate of local investors including Castello Brothers and Prince David, bought the property from New York City-based Belle RP. [CoStar]
