$19M Doral office building sells

The American Welding Society, an industry organization for welders, has purchased a 122,000-square-foot office building in Doral for $19 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which arranged the deal. The five-story office building, which recently underwent a renovation, sits on five acres of property at 8669 NW 36th Street in Miami-Dade County. Approximately 15 percent of the building is already leased out, and the American Welding Society plans to utilize about 50 percent of the total office space for its headquarters. TRD
