The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 2519 Aqua Vista Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million Broward County home saw a $400,000, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.5 million when it hit the market in September 2009, before seeing its price cut to $5.3 million in January. The home was built in 2005. The home sits on the water and has a pool and wine room. Stephen Brooks of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
