Yet another Scott Rothstein creditor has emerged, demanding that the Ponzi schemer, who bilked investors out of an estimated $1.2 billion before pleading guilty to racketeering-conspiracy charges in January, pay up, according to CBS4. The Miami-Dade tax collection agency says Rothstein owes it $226,248 in back taxes on his Ocean Drive mansion, which has an estimated value of $10.7 million. Rothstein purchased the mansion, which once belonged to Gianni Versace, with a group of investors early in the last decade and used the property as a restaurant and hotel. [CBS4]
