South Florida condo market improves

Condo sales are on the rise in South Florida, according to trade group Florida Realtors. April condo sales in Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale were up 33 percent, 35 percent and 30 percent, respectively, over the same month a year earlier, while the median price remained relatively flat in all three markets. This stabilization of prices, coupled with the slow reduction in condo inventory has improved the South Florida real estate market, the group said. [SFBJ]
