The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 1201 NE 83rd Street in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.95 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $2 million, or 34 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $5.95 million. The pre-foreclosure home was originally listed at $3.95 million when it hit the market in September 2009, before a price increase. The last price cut was in April. The waterfront home sits on a 25,060-square-foot lot and has bay views, twin Sub Zero refrigerators and Miele dishwashers and a pool. Daniel Cook of At Home Properties has the listing.
