Preliminary bids for the Quantum Village shopping center are due Monday
The Quantum Village shopping center in Boynton Beach at 1005 Gateway
Boulevard will be auctioned by its lender, with final bids due June 18.
The 93,000-square-foot shopping center, anchored by a Publix, was the
defendant in a foreclosure action by Secured Holdings of Newport Beach,
Calif. Preliminary bids are due Monday, according to Scott Stay, senior
vice president at auction company Carlton Exchange. The Publix store
opened in Jan. 2007, and tenants include a UPS Store, Boca Tanning Club
and Firstrust Investments. A transaction for the center is expected to
close by the end of June. [Palm Beach Post]
