The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-and-three-half-bathroom house at 1401 North View Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $12.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.3 million, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed at $13.8 million when it hit the market in November 2009. The Mediterranean-style waterfront home on gated Sunset Island sits on a 29,100-square-foot lot and has media, billiard wine and sun rooms, 200 feet of water frontage on the bay, a 60-foot infinity pool and spa and an elevator.
