Lahoud and Hardan Enterprises, a Coral Gables construction firm, has
been tapped for $1.5 million in new construction at the Royal Palm Tennis Club
in Pinecrest. The plans involve construction of a 4,500-square-foot
facility, including a pro shop, offices and bathrooms. The club,
founded in 1960, is one of Florida’s biggest tennis facilities, with
twenty courts on ten acres. Lahoud and Hardan has designed a number of
office, retail, residential and religious spaces in Miami-Dade County
and abroad, including work in Lebanon. The project is slated for
completion in approximately 12 months. TRD
