The CityPlace Tower office building at 525 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach is now 90 percent leased, according to developer Related Companies, after inking two new leases. Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid, a Long Island-based law firm, signed a lease for 2,722 square feet of office space on the 16th floor, while an existing tenant, Shutts and Bowen signed a lease for 2,958 square feet, on top of its existing 16,711-square-foot space at the $110 million, 300,000-square-foot office. It was not immediately clear how much the spaces leased for or how long the lease terms were. TRD
