More details have emerged on the Setai’s Penthouse A, which, listed at $27 million, is the second highest priced condo listing that Miami-Dade Country has ever seen, according to Zillow.com. Jim Clark, the founder of internet browser Netscape, is the owner of the South Beach condo, which contains a custom-designed Thai decor. The 6,000-square-foot corner unit contains three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a terrace and a spa-style bathtub.
