Miami’s Integra Realty Resources merges with SMP Group for new office

Integra Realty Resources-Miami has merged with SMP Group to open its
60th national office. Scott Powell, former president of SMP, which is
based in Stuart, Fla., will act as managing director of the new office,
which will offer commercial real estate appraisal, consulting advisory,
expert testimony and due diligence for South Florida and Treasure Coast
clients. Integra is the largest independent commercial real estate
valuation and consulting firm in North America. SMP Group is a
residential and commercial appraisal and consulting firm. “Our firm was
growing rapidly, but Integra offered our team the ability to provide a
