The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 3030 Sorrel Court in Weston, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.5 million Broward County home saw a $600,000, or 29 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $2.1 million. It was originally listed at $2.5 million when it hit the market in November 2008, before the last price cut in December 2009. The lakefront home sits on a 56,230-square-foot lot. Listing broker Jorge Jimenez of Jimenez Group Real Estate is offering a 50-50 percent commission split with buyers’ brokers.
