Residents talk to Solar Mountain developers

Solar Mountain, the firm intending to turn the Biscayne Landing site
into an indoor ski mountain, held a workshop Wednesday to give
residents a chance to ask questions about the project, including the
claim that it was merely part of a flipping strategy — a claim the
firm wanted to debunk. At the company’s last workshop at the end of
May, two City Council members walked out, protesting what they
