The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 3835 N. Moorings Court in Coconut Grove, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.825 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $370,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed at $2.795 million when it hit the market in November 2009. Its most recent price cut was to $2.195 million. The 12,454-square-foot home, which is still under construction, will include a pool, grotto and wine cellar.
