The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom house at 8 Harborage Isle in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.75 million Broward County home saw a $1.15 million, or 15 percent, price cut off its last askinmg price of $7.9 million. It was originally listed at $8.2 million when it hit the market in January 2009, before the last price cut in September 2009. The waterfront home sits on a 22,419-square-foot lot in a gated community and has a waterfront terrace, maid’s room, elevator and a master suite with a sitting area and his and hers bathrooms and walk-in closets. Beth Beauchamp of Intercoastal Realty has the listing.
