The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 2471 Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.85 million Broward County home saw a $645,000, or 18 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $3.495 million. It was originally listed for $3.595 million when it hit the market in October 2008, before the last price cut in February. The waterfront home sits on a 16,500-square-foot lot in gated Harbor Beach and has a heated pool, private beach access and a renovated kitchen. James Morlock of Intercoastal Realty has the listing.
