A collection of seven four-acre parcels of land have reentered the market in Southampton after a hiatus from the market, according to Curbed. The vacant lots, known as Olde Towne, first hit the market in 2008, with asking prices ranging from $18 million to $22 million. The plots have returned online at a steep discount — hovering around $11.5, nearly half-off their one-time asking prices. Prudential Douglas Elliman is handling the listings, which have just seen their landscaping completed, at the corner of Wickapogue Road and Old Town Road. [Curbed]
