The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, #2603, at the Murano Grande @ Portofino in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.949 million Miami-Dade County home, at 400 Alton Road, saw a $341,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.29 million when it hit the market in April. The 3,058-square-foot home has is fully furnished with views of the Biscayne Bay, Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Bank Residential Real Estate has the listing.
