The 476-unit San Merano at Mirasol apartment complex at 100 Portofino
Circle in Palm Beach Gardens has been sold to an affiliate of Boston-based TA Realty Associates for $69.09 million. Seller Kolter Commercial closed the deal July 1. The property has a
current market value of $54.2 million, according to the Palm Beach
County Property Appraiser’s Office. The San Merano is part of a
development that includes the Country Club at Mirasol and Mirabella at
