The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-and-two-half-bathroom house at 2536 Lucille Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.85 million Broward County home saw a $650,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7. 5 million when it hit the market in January 2007. The waterfront home sits on an 11,875-square-foot lot and has a pool, summer kitchen, wine room, elevator, and fireplace, and comes with optional beach club membership.
