The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 160 South Island Drive in Golden
Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.5 million
Miami-Dade County home saw a $450,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was
originally listed for $5. 5 million when it hit the market in April.
The price was last cut to $4.95 million in June. The waterfront home
sits on a 10,435-square-foot lot and has Jerusalem stone floors,
granite countertops in the kitchen and impact glass. Adi Gal of Wharton
