Banner Supply, one of the losing defendants in the landmark drywall jury trial that gave homeowners Armin and Lisa Seifart $2.5 million in damages last month, is facing more legal action. Two South Florida firms have filed a class action lawsuit against the company, which distributed tainted Chinese drywall to South Florida homeowners. The two firms are Fort Lauderdale-based Krupnick Campbell Malone and Coral Gables-based Colson Hicks Eidson. Colson Hicks attorney Ervin Gonzalez represented the Seifarts in their trial, as well.
