Icon Brickell reaches one-third sold mark

After 18 months and steep price cuts across the board, Icon Brickell
has sold 33 percent, or 600, of the nearly 1,800 units in the
three-tower complex, according to a report from real estate consultancy
and brokerage Condo Vultures. The condo also just cut prices a third
time by around $63 per square foot, or nearly 15 percent off the
average completed sales price of $430 per square foot. Of the three
towers in the development, Tower One has the highest current asking
prices, at $402 per square foot, with Tower Two at $363 per square foot
and Tower Three at $308 per square foot. TRD
