The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family home at 2390 SW 106th Terrace in Davie, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.1 million Broward County home saw a $290,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.6 million when it hit the market last June. The price was last cut to $3.39 million in December 2009. The 10,548-square-foot home features an equipped workout room, a sports bar and coral stone balconies.
