The number of residential resales on the market in South Florida has
increased for the fifth time in six weeks, according to a new report
from Condo Vultures. Since May 31, when there were 65,222 single-family homes, townhouses and condo units for resale in the tri-county area,
South Florida‘s resale inventory has been increasing by an average of 300 properties per week. The greatest increase has been in Broward
County, which has added 650 homes in the last six weeks, while
Miami-Dade County has added 600, according to the firm’s brokerage wing,
