Williamson Doral has sold a former Saturn auto dealership site at 8847
NW 12th Street in Doral, according to Colliers International South
Florida, which represented buyer and seller in the all-cash transaction.
Owen Cone of Colliers’ Automotive Real Estate Services Group said the
recent shakeout in the automotive industry over the last few years was
now bringing a wave of dealership properties to market. Buyers of these
sites are either dealers looking to reposition, or mid or big-box
