One Thousand Ocean in Boca tops $100 million in closings

After four months, One Thousand Ocean, the new Boca Raton condominium
by LXR Luxury Resorts, has topped $100 million in closed sales, the
developer announced this week. The property, which sits on a private
peninsula adjacent to the Boca Raton Resort & Club’s Boca Beach
Club, extends from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal
Waterway. Twenty-five residences closed between mid-February, when
construction was completed, and the end of last month, according to
LXR. Unit prices range from around $3 million to more than $15 million.
