Woolbright Development sells Sunshine style=

Sunshine Square in Boynton Beach

The Sunshine Square shopping center in Boynton Beach has been sold by
Boca Raton-based Woolbright Development for $26.5 million in a short
sale. The Publix-anchored property is located at 501 E. Woolbright Road.
Woolbright Sunshine purchased the center three years ago for $23
million, and its current tenants include Bealls and Subway. The buyer
was E & A Sunshine, an affiliate of Columbia, S.C.-based Edens &
Avant, which owns 140 shopping centers, including one in Dania Beach. [SFBJ]
