The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 4500 Prairie Avenue in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.89 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $495,000, or 21 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3 million when it hit the market in March 2009. The price was last cut to $2.385 million in March 2010. The 4,964-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 24,064-square-foot lot and has 128 feet of waterfront property. Designed by Pancoast/Giller, it is in need of renovation, according to the listing. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
