Grove condo in bulk short sale

South Two Seven Lofts in Coconut Grove

The remaining units at the South Two Seven Lofts condo in Coconut Grove
have been unloaded in a short sale allowed by U.S. Century Bank. In
January, U.S. Century filed a $3.9 million suit against Grove Developers
over the condo, which is located at 3001 SW 27th Avenue. Grove
Developers sold the last 19 units to 27 Grove LLC, a company led by Meir
Srebernik, who is the chairman of Israel-based Matav-Cable Systems
Media. The average price worked out to $138 per square foot. [SFBJ]
