SL Green Realty’s second quarter earnings fell to $1.02 a share, down from $1.20 a share in the second quarter of 2009, the commercial real estate firm reported yesterday. Net income for the second quarter of 2010 totaled $1.75 per share compared to net income of $0.18 per share in the same period in 2009. Net income attributable to common stockholders totaled $137 million, or $1.75 per share for the quarter ending June 30, compared to net income of $12.5 million, or $0.18 per share for the same quarter in 2009.
