The 13-story Traymore Hotel on 24th Street and Collins Avenue in Miami
Beach is the target of a foreclosure action by OSM-REO Traymore, an
affiliate of Minneapolis-based Marshall Investments. The suit was filed
July 28 in Miami federal court. The Ceebraid-Signal Corp. bought the
Traymore in 2001 for $6 million. The hotel, which was built in 1939, is
46,149 square feet. The hotel’s website says it was slated to reopen in
summer 2011 with several new amenities, including a restaurant by
Michelle Bernstein. [SFBJ]
